She explained all the complaints are stemming from one person and she no longer responds to complaints. She will forward all of them to her attorney since the primary complainant has been abusive. Please have them contact the HOA directly at this point. We have made our contact and visited the site and have not found any immediate hazard. If there is a substandard issue, please explain that it would be directed to the owner of each individual unit. He wanted to know what the status of his complaint was. I explained that we had reached out to the HOA but I was not part of her response, if she had one. He is the one complaining about the adult termites that are coming through his vents. Is there anything else that we/I can do?
