Lauren,
I spoke to the HOA manager and she was rather difficult about the inquiry. She explained all the complaints are stemming from one person and she no longer responds to complaints. She
will forward all of them to her attorney since the primary complainant has been abusive. Please have them contact the HOA directly at this point. We have made our contact and visited
the site and have not found any immediate hazard. If there is a substandard issue, please explain that it would be directed to the owner of each individual unit.

Hello,
I received another phone call for this property. He wanted to know what the status of his complaint was. I explained that we had reached out to the HOA but I was not part of her response,
if she had one. He is the one complaining about the adult termites that are coming through his vents. Is there anything else that we/I can do?
Thank you,

Subject: Investigative Work
Good Morning Yvette:
I stopped by today due to another complaint about work without permits. It looks like it is investigative work currently. Could you please let me know the schedule for future repair
work? We should be considering protection of the open construction in the interim as well. Thank you.

Subject: DBV Structural Engineering Inspection Scheduled
Importance: High
Good morning Board Members,
Our structural engineering inspection has been scheduled for Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at 10am. Steven and I will accompany Mr. Khatri and I invite any other interested Board members
to attend.
Also, I thought you might like to have a digital copy of the Structural Observation/Evaluation Proposal, which includes a very interesting link on page two regarding the structure and
integrity of wood.
Warmest regards,
Yvette Marie Allen, CMCA®
