Good morning Victor, I hope this email finds you well in these troubling times, I'm emailing to advise you of an emergency plumber repair contracted by Diamond Bar Village Association (DBV HOA) and completed on 9/16/20 by Complete Plumbing & Rooter. Complete Plumbing will be applying for the necessary permit on behalf of the HOa today and I would like to respectfully request an expedited inspection if at all possible. The plumbing repair mirrors our last plumbing repair inspection at 23061 Golden Springs Dr. Unit A-5, with walls opened in several areas of the unit. I'm requesting an expedited inspection at the request of the unit's tenant, as they have several rooms with displaced furniture and continuing to residing in the unit.
