HomeMy WebLinkAboutFwd_ Approved Proposal & Contract.msgCAUTION: This message originated outside of our City of Diamond Bar network. Good morning Victor and Raymond, Please allow this to serve as an updated status report for the Diamond Bar Village Association. ASPHALT PAVING REPAIRS: The Board received and authorized AMS Paving's asphalt repair proposal. We are awaiting scheduling (see our email below). PLUMBING REPAIRS: I spoke with Shannon, at Scott Harrison Plumbing this morning to see if they had scheduled the board approved items on the City's Correction List. She confirmed that she did not have us on schedule as yet because they have been swamped, but that she would go online to apply for the permit (I forwarded her Ms. Magallanes' email with instructions for pulling permits). We are awaiting ROOFING & WOOD REPAIRS: I spoke with Jon, of Jon Wayne Construction and Consulting this morning and he has completed the write-up combining all aspects of the project, which he will forward to the HOA within 24 hours with a request to meet with the HOA's legal counsel to determine, what portions of the repairs can legally be included in an emergency special assessment. I will update you on the specifics of that meeting upon its conclusion. The proposal for repaving of the entire lot will be approved upon completion of our roofing project so we do not damage a newly paved lot with construction traffic. I look forward to speaking with you soon to coordinate scheduling of the repairs.
