HomeMy WebLinkAboutFW_ The Village at Diamond Bar 23641 Golden Springs Drive C14 (5).msgMorning Raymond, Would you please reach out to this gentleman and explain the responsibility regarding the issuance of a Building Permit for this repair, whether it be on him or the HOA. If you look at the attachment(s) he has some good stuff that we could use and provide Jason McEwen with. Thanks! [EmailSignatureLogo15]<http://www.diamondbarca.gov/> Justin M. Hi Mr. Jones, I haven't heard from the building official or building inspector as of yet. It's not a problem, I'm sure they have bigger fish to fry. I just wanted to reach out to vent a little with a clearer head. I've never in my life been bullied and offended so badly from a property management company. I found this very insulting. We had a good communication going, until I ended up focusing more on me to advance my career, then the pandemic happened. I don't know what happened or what she was doing when she was working from home but I'm sure our association would have saved a lot of money for reopening. I don't know what she's doing with it but the pool definitely didn't see a dime of it till it reopened in July. Not sure how they got the sludge green color out but good for them. We had a meeting recently on July 6th and she hold Walter Ponce in high praise and looks like they're working together to get someone for the roofing. Walter is the same guy who dumped our money into carports that were later destroyed. This union is the most suspicious merger I've ever known of. I didn't like getting bullied by Yvette and I don't want this bully to steal from us either. In hindsight about my problem with the drywall, for this to be averted, Marcus should have a procedure in writing to introduce to the homeowner. In that procedure he needs to point out what he needs homeowners to do, not just work on it and not tell us what it's going to take to get this done right. Either way he was careless and chipped the baseboard along with improperly restoring the drywall. I can't even voice myself to her because she'll bully me. I have PTSD about being bullied because it's happened all my life since I was in elementary school and now I can't have property management that conducts themselves professionally by performing, listening, and offering a reasonable resolution. In the hearing this past Monday that my aunt Elizabeth, the other owner of C14, told me, it was the Marcus show and he just walked over my aunt. This conflict of interest is not working in this association. My aunt also mentioned he's using a slow drying compound and not a fast drying compound to fill in the drywall. I speculate it's meant to cover up his half complete work because he may not know how to finish. The purpose of this email was for me to vent a little because these are difficult times for me and I'm very rational, my career is toward healthcare now. My business experience was great, but I desire healthcare. I write to you bearing gifts. The link below is of the HOA meeting on July 6th; the shadiest Budget pdf for 2020, Yvette's current strive in Budget 2021, insurance, and a screenshot of the AvalonWeb Portal directory. Financial tabs are empty, many tabs are empty. At least we know where her son gets this half completeness from. Enjoy, now worries about the other gentlemen of Building and Safety. I do want to have this fixed, I would love it if you can recommend someone for me that is reasonably priced. We don't have a decision yet if the HOA will pay for it, if it's like her other rulings, we won't know for another couple months to a year. This is all I have in me for now. Enjoy your weekend. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1PW9ZX9_Ds72gC9NgEO498nIwtaA0VU8L?usp=sharing<https://smex12-5-en-ctp.trendmicro.com:443/wis/clicktime/v1/query?url=https%3a%2f%2fdrive.google.com%2fdrive%2ffol ders%2f1PW9ZX9%5fDs72gC9NgEO498nIwtaA0VU8L%3fusp%3dsharing&umid=422aefc0-26b6-4aa1-89bc-b4a4babc6121&auth=c3f237731e9215ec373dfcdcf8fdcd3213598ae4-dc625149c802a4b11f5bb4965b700e732068ea33> Best, John Socrates Spiridulias Jr ty Division 21810 Copley Drive | Diamond Bar, CA 91765 (909) 839-7020 | (909) 396-7486 (f) www.DiamondBarCa.Gov<http://www.DiamondBarCa.Gov> | EMagallanes@DiamondBarCA.Gov<mailto:EMagallanes@DiamondBarCA.Gov> From: Yvette Allen <yvette@avalonweb.com<mailto:yvette@avalonweb.com>> Sent: Monday, October 12, 2020 11:51 AM To: Esmeralda Magallanes <EMagallanes@DiamondBarCA.Gov<mailto:EMagallanes@DiamondBarCA.Gov>> Subject: CAUTION: This message originated outside of our City of Diamond Bar network.
