Good afternoon all, As you know the HOA requires condominium owners to obtain authorization for improvements to the interior and exterior of their properties. We recently received a request for an exterior chairlift (see attached specs) so I wanted to know if a permit was required because it's one of the questions on our Application for Authorization. I'll always verify with you if a permit is required and if so they must provide proof that they have applied for the permit with their application. The HOA will not authorize work without it. The address is: 23635 Golden Springs Dr. Unit B-9 Diamond Bar, CA 91765 The owner is working with a vendor based in Florida so I'll forward your email on to them for instructions.
