Good morning Raymond,
Please be advised that we are postponing the town hall meeting scheduled for this evening to allow our Roofing Project Manager time to update his report with new information about Roof
King, the city’s correction list, structural engineering costs and contingency numbers.
He has indicated that he is weeks, or months, away from having sold numbers to present to the homeowners, so I’ll be in touch with all participants as we approach that time.
In the meantime, the Board will meet on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 to review and approve Scott Harrison Plumbing’s proposal to begin working on the plumbing aspect of the city’s correction
list.
We hope this will show that we are continuing our forward momentum and allow our extension to continue.
