The city lacked evidence to condemn my unit and the entire condo community. The
2021 visual inspection does not satisfy the requirements to condemn a dwelling. There
is a lack of evidence that the entire condo community is unsafe or uninhabitable
because no destructive testing was done to substantiate the entire evacuation of the
entire condo community. The city must recind the order immediatley.
