Please be advised that the grading plan for the borrow
area, for Tract 28853 has been examined by the writer® It
reduces the height of a 'temporary" out slope, by stripping
shale, mudstone, and a minor volume of conglomerate.
There will be no reduotion in gross stability of the
existing out, nor is the proposed out expeoted to be subject
to more than minor deterioration through ravelling, erosion,
and slaking,
