Finally, I have the Final EIR draft for you. I really appreciate your patience on this. I will warn you that the document itself is quite long due to the length of the RTC matrix (since
comments are included). Hopefully it will be a relatively quick review though. I haven't compiled the documents together in a PDF yet, but the RTC matrix should be inserted in the FEIR
text in Chapter 3, and the figures should be inserted in the errata in Chapter 4.
