Attached is an urgent letter that needs your immediate attention. Last Thursday the Oversight Board approved the sale of a piece of property at a price that was approximately $60 million
below its appraised value. The City of Chino hills as one of the taxing agencies is requesting that the Department of Finance exercise its right to call this matter up for a 60 day
review period so that this matter can be properly resolved.
