Attached, is a cover letter from myself/Sierra Club, plus a letter from Robb Hamilton, addressing the Dec. 4, planning commission discussion about the gnatcatcher and additional points
about the FEIR. (Recall, technology was not supporting Robb's presentation at the meeting.)
Please distribute this information to the planning commissioners, put in the public record and include it in the council agenda package for their review Dec. 17th.
