Hi Greg,
For our recently completed projects, we have completed the 2 page form and assembled a NOC attachment that is essentially made up of pieces of the Executive Summary and Project Description.
I had planned on creating a similar document to submit for the NOC, it shouldn’t take too long to throw together.
Just a heads up that D&B’s WiFi is currently not working so it may take me longer to send you the EIR sections. (I have access to our server, but uploading may be delayed until we are
reconnected. Sending this from my phone.) I would really like to wrap this up today so I will update you as I can.

Quick question for you. Per the Scope of Work, the City will be submitting the DEIR to SCH, and we will burn all the docs onto thumb drives to ship out. In the past, we would send
the electronic copies along with 15 hardcopies of the DEIR Executive Summary. However, SCH now provides a 2-page summary form, which may be completed and printed out instead of the
Executive Summary, but they still allow us to send one or the other. Were you going to provide that form, or are we still going with the Executive Summary?
