The transfer of the Tres Hermanos Ranch property from the City of Industry to the Tres Hermanos Conservation Authority (THCA) was recorded on February 11, 2019 in both Los Angeles and
San Bernardino County Recorders’ offices for the portions of the property within the respective counties. As you pointed out the cities of Chino Hills and Diamond Bar contributed
$2,959,967 and $1,205,033 respectively. The balance was the $41,650,000 purchase price was provided by the City of Industry.
The lawsuit by San Gabriel Water and Power seeking to overturn the agreement between the three cities to form the THCA and transfer the of property to the THCA was dismissed. The
property remains in the name of the Tres Hermanos Conservation Authority.

It was my understanding that the February 2019 agreement among the City of Industry, Diamond Bar and Chino Hills relating to Tres Hermanos Ranch called for the sale of the property
to the Tres Hermanos Conservation Authority.
My efforts to ascertain if that sale took place have not succeeded, perhaps because I was looking in the wrong place, which was at the San Bernardino County Hall of Records. Can
you tell me where the record of the sale was recorded?
Has the sale been made? Or did the just-dismissed lawsuit by San Gabriel Valley Water & Power prevent the sale from occurring?
The figures I was provided showed that Chino Hills was to pay $2,959,967 and Diamond Bar was to pay $1,205,033 toward the authority's acquisition of the property. Do you know,
under the terms of the agreement, what the City of Industry's write-off or write-down on its donation of the property to the authority was to be?
At present, which entity holds title to the Tres Hermanos Ranch property?
