Hi Diana-
I’m working with Grace and Greg on the 2021 Housing Element update and Grace tells me you are the key person on the City’s housing programs.
It would be very helpful if you could look at the current (2013) Housing Element and tell me the status of housing resources and programs – are they still in effect and if so, has anything
changed. Attached is a copy of the Housing Element – the relevant sections are III.B Financial and Administrative Resources (from p. III-1 to III-4) and the programs in Section V.B,
especially Programs 1 – 8 and 16. Please make your notes right in the document using tracked changes or margin comments.
Let me know if you have questions on anything.
