HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE_ Request for Information.msgJust went thru the NOEs filed in LA County within the last 30 days. No TH. Industry did file 6 NOEs during that timeframe, including a total ban on cannabis production/sales, a zip
line replacement at Camp Courage in Tonner Canyon, and TIs for an existing building. I took photos of all of their filings.
Fwiw, they did file one challengeable NOE to tear down a 128k sf warehouse & replace with a 158k sf building.
It's going to be very difficult to get them to locate an NOE filed last January following the SA approval.
