Attached, please find our comments on Section 3.9 Land Use and Housing. My biggest concern here is that the analysis in 3.5-2 misses the point – consistency with plans, regulations
etc. that were adopted to mitigate environmental effects. They don’t need to recreate the wheel here, but, the discussion should be expanded to address the main focus of this impact
analysis.
