She’s the same age as Cameron-3 years old and I believe her birthday is in summer. So that would mean by his account they purchased the home in late 2012 or early 2013. But this grant deed was recorded in 2015. The plans all state “Yuan Residence” and even the latest Grading Calculation that was submitted to me on Friday said “Yuan Residence”. During their investigation they found that they also owned the property on Canyon View. Not sure if these are the same owners we have been dealing with but if they are, this could be a possible reason why the project has been difficult and frustrating.
