COMPACTION REPORT
PROJECT No- MSL-102513
Submitted here with this compaction report for backfilling placement and compaction
procedure with demolition of existing swimming pool old structure.
DISCUSSION
The purpose of this testing operation was to.determine densities for consecutive back
filling lifts in the empty swimming pool structure performed with off -site soil. One testing
session for the top entire area were performed on 10/29/2013.
REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
All fills processing from under the purview of this report have been completed under the
inspection and with selective testing by FDC & Associates Corporation and are found
to be in compliance with the Grading code of the local agency.
The completed work has been reviewed and is considered adequate for the construction
now planned. Our findings and recommendations are prepared in conformance with
generally accepted engineering practices. No further warranties are implied or made.
All construction on the site work applied on the subject project after, by the contractor,
sub -contractors, or future owners, etc., and results thereof are the sole responsibility of
these parties.
This report is subject to review by the controlling authorities for this project. This
opportunity to have been of service is sincerely appreciated. If there are any questions
regarding this matter, please contact this office.
