Shelley, The applicant has retaining walls without details, balconies that are rebuilt, significant interior demolition and remodel, finish work, and landscaping. They were originally applying to demolish work that their prior contractor did without permits to figure out defects. They now want to do the demo and add work while they are fixing the unpermitted work. Their site is still in disrepair but they never told me they wanted to submit site work at this time. The owners are sort of stuck with work that nobody wants to take responsibility for and have unknown defects. This is why the submittal is so confusing. We asked for the 2016 approved plan for comparison so it may help to figure out the next steps. Let me know if there are questions.
