attempts made to contact the licensed professionals that were involved with the design of the plans. Once this information is received, it will be reviewed and we will get back to

Dear Ms. Magallanes:
I represent Richard and Vivian Meng of the real property located at 22819 Canyon View Rd., Diamond Bar, CA. This will serve as our request for copies of all the floor plans or architect
drawing of the said properties submitted to the City of Diamond Bar by the prior contractors.
The reason of our request is that despite our diligent efforts for past few weeks to contact the involved contractors who submitted the plan or drawings, they are either unavailable
or unwilling to provide the requested documents due to some dispute with the general contractor, which is unrelated to the owners of the property.
We are requesting these submitted records as the prior general contractor has abandoned the project with many items inconsistent with the original designs and contract specification.
In order for the new general contractor to work on the property, which will mitigate our damages, we will need these submitted records from the City. We also hired a construction expert
who will evaluate and inspect the property. We will need the submitted records for purpose of his evaluation as well.
Please consider and approve our request so that we may have the submitted records. Thanks.
