What I gathered today in our conversation is he is taking my directness I have when I am talking to him and giving advice about the plan check process as me having a “tone” with him. I worked on trying to diffuse the situation when I was talking with him today. I explained to him I have nothing against him and thanked him for bringing this to my attention.
