After a discussion with Kimberly this morning regarding the above property, I remembered that Glendora PD was investigating the owner of a property in their city for a maternity home.
During their investigation they found that they also owned the property on Canyon View. Not sure if these are the same owners we have been dealing with but if they are, this could
be a possible reason why the project has been difficult and frustrating.

This property was referred to us from the PD in Glendora indicating this is the owner of a maternity home in their city. I believe they talked to Esmmy and Richie on this. They are
planning to do some extensive remodeling to their home which we should flag if we get it and require a pre-permit inspection. Please let all CD staff know if you get this application
in or see anything odd going on.
