Hi Robert,

Hi May and Christian,
Most of the studies are in progress and I will forward them as soon as they are
completed. However, I would propose to postpone traffic and TIA scope until the EIR
starts.
I’d like to confirm the completion of these studies will not delay putting us on the
Council agenda for EIR authorization. Given that most of studies are part of the EIR
analyses and there was a16-Lot subdivision approved before. Please confirm. Thank you.
Best
Robert

Hi May,
I totally understand there will be corrections and I will contact
Christian to confirm any Engineering related studies. If you are available
tomorrow morning at 11 a.m., I will bring everything over. Thank you for
the quick response.

Hi Robert,
Thank you for speaking with me today. I confirmed
that you may submit the technical studies later with
the understanding that they will be issued as
corrections. You may want to confirm with Christian
from our Public Works Department, but my
understanding is that the following studies will be
required:
· Hydrology
· Off Site Improvement Plans
· Traffic
· Geotechnical
· Stormwater
· Sewer
Additionally, I have reached out to our EIR
consultants to let them know that you’ll be
submitting in the next couple days and that a
revised proposal is needed. At the time we receive
the revised proposal, please have the owner submit
the payment.
Today is a bit busy for me due to Planning
Commission but will be available Wednesday,
Thursday, or next week.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you,

Good Morning, May,
I am ready to submit the entitlement package for the
subject project. I have all the documents and plans
listed on the Application and checklists ready, except
mailing label, colored material board and CC&R as we
agreed to postpone until next time. Do you want to see
the PDF first or I can go ahead turn in the documents
and plans directly? Do I need to make an appointment
with you? I can have everything ready by 12/10
afternoon. Thank you.
Regards,
Robert H. Chiang
