With all that is going on, I was wondering what the status is for the Crooked Creek Project. Additionally, our environmental consultant advised that since the project site is located in a Very High Fire Hazard Zone, it will require substantial coordination with the Fire Department regarding building materials, landscaping, and fuel modification zones. This coordination will not be able to wait until the building plans because the Wildfire issue is now a new issue to be addressed under CEQA.
