The biological survey was completed and the biologist is asking if there are previously
approved biological related reports he could get a copy for his final report? I wonder if you have
those on record?
Also, the retaining wall study is almost done and I will contact you as soon as it is finished.

So it looks like an Arborist Report was previously prepared for the property; several
other relevant reports were likely prepared during this time. Would you like me to reach
out to Dudek to see if we can obtain the reports, or do you have a source that might be
able to provide all of the documents associated with these prior plans? Referencing
these studies will help support our findings and it is strongly recommended to have
these in hand.
