Rob Meserve <rmeserve@newbridgehomes.com> Subject: Crooked Creek - Diamond Bar CAUTION: This message originated outside of our City of Diamond Bar network. May, Attached is the arborist report that Dudek prepared in January 2017 that recommended some of the tree mitigation be satisfied with native and drought tolerant ornamental trees within the project development footprint, along with a mix of acorns, seedlings and 1 gallon native trees within the existing woodlands. See Mitigation Recommendations starting on page 15 and referenced again in the Conclusions on page 27. The project has obviously changed since this report was completed and the number of trees impacted should be reduced significantly but I wanted to make sure that we provided this report to ESA so that they could see what was previously recommended for mitigation on the property.
