However, environmental review is still required. Depending on the changes and if warranted, we can always revise the scope of work. You are correct in that the proposed budget increased. Management requested an additional 2 meetings under “Task 8 – Meeting Attendance” for possible continuances at public hearings. See the attached revised proposal.
