Hi Rob,
Other alternatives to reduce impacts to the site is preferable. However, environmental review is
still required. Depending on the changes and if warranted, we can always revise the scope of
work.
You are correct in that the proposed budget increased. Management requested an additional 2
meetings under “Task 8 – Meeting Attendance” for possible continuances at public hearings.
See the attached revised proposal.

As we discussed last week or so, we are possibly looking at other alternatives for the site to reduce
impacts which we assume would reduce the EIR/initial study scope. Also, the last proposal we saw was
$217,000. Please send us the current proposal. Thanks

I wanted to let you know that the EIR consultant contract is still scheduled to move forward on
our April 7th City Council meeting. If approved and should you want to start the environmental
process, the contract amount will be due in the amount of $228,095.
