Peo�ect on Aug 21, 2013, at 2724 Ind�an Creek Rd Wark far permit 13-1572 had passed Iath
and frammg�nspectlan Fmishing tauch is beingworked on
The deck be�ng replaced under the permit�s des�gnated Deck (#12j per the plan submitted to
the City S�nce the commencement of the wark on the pra�ect, i have corrre to belleve that the
deck under Deck {#12� also needs#o be replaced.
i am therefare requesting the approval far the Addendum:
{1} Replace the deck {appr 240 SqFt}under Deck{#12}to tode to its existing size and color.
{2) Replacement deck Is to be buik to the same specificat�ons as the plan �ubmitted for
