SUBJECT : SANTA FE INDUSTRIAL PARK , IN THE CITY OF INDUSTRY
It is recommended by this office that the City of Industry be
requested to participate in the increased maintenance to Golden
Springs Road and Brea Canyon Road which the City of Diamond Bar
will experience due to the additional truck traffic generated by
the proposed development . This mitigation measure will insure that
the City of Diamond Bar is not unnecessarily burdened by virtue of
the proposed project .

that end they are aeking for a fabt opinion from the i' lanning
Commiasion and the City .
RECOMMENDATIONS :
* . Require Immediate � Traffic Impravement MitigativnL+ on
Srea Canyon Road into Diarnond Bar and including the Tn -
tersection at Golrlen Springs ( even � he widening of Brea
Canyon eouth of t21Bt 9. ni: ersection and canta. nuing toward
