Per Planning Commission ' s direction , staff has provided the Commission with copies of surrounding cities ' sign ordinances ( i . e . Mission Viejo , Brea , San Dimas , Torrance , Santa 8arbara ) , also , the Planning staff has provided a preliminary draft ordinance for the Planning Commission ' s review and comments . The submitted draft ordinance reflects the most conservative components ' of those ordinances that were analyzed . Recommended Action : 1 , Staff presentation ; 2 . Rec2ive public comment ; 3 . Commissior discussion and ' consensus with direction to Staff . VII .
