prepared for the County or" San Bernardino and the County
of Orange .
2 . Environmental Impact Report i' or the City of Industry ' s '
Santa re Industrial Park . The parcei will be subdivided
into 23 lots �_nd a variety of uses are oroposed for the
iots including manufacturing , disiribution and
warehousing . The project is located on a 83 acre parcel
on the northeast corner or' Brea Canyon Roaq and Spanish
Lane .

2 . PreliminarY D � aft Siqn Ordinance - Continued from June
25 , 1990 . Per Planning Commission ' s direction , staff has
provided the Commission with copies of surrounding
cities ' sign ordinances ( i . e . Mission Viejo , Brea , San
Dimas , Torrance , Santa 8arbara ) , also , the Planning staff
has provided a preliminary draft ordinance for the
Planning Commission ' s review and comments . The submitted
draft ordinance reflects the most conservative components '
of those ordinances that were analyzed .

to Staff .
