PRESENTATION OF UP -DATED DRAFT PARKS MASTER PLAN —TKE Engineering, Ron Hagan Recommended Action: Receive the presentation from the consultant, review the draft Parks Master Plan documents and recommend adoption to the City Council. 2. MATTERS FROM THE AUDIENCE: This time is reserved on each agenda to provide an opportunity for members of the public to directly address the Commission on items or matters of interest to the public that are not already scheduled for consideration on this agenda.
