A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF DIAMOND BAR AUTHORIZING FILING OF DOCUMENTS
WITH STATE AND COUNTY OFFICES AND OFFICERS.
The City Council of the City of Diamond Bar does
resolve as follows:
1. The Mayor of the City of Diamond Bar, the City
Clerk and the City Attorney are each appointed the authorized
agent of the City of Diamond Bar for the filing with such offices
and officers of the State and the County of Los Angeles of
certified copies of ordinances and resolutions and such other
documents as may be required for the proper and efficient conduct
of City business.
2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 18th day of April, 1989.

Diamond Bar, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Diamond Bar held on the lAth day of April , 1989, and
was finally passed at a regular meeting of the City Council of

the City of Diamond Bar held on the 18th day of April ,
1989, by the following vote:

MILLER and FORBING
