A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DIAMOND BAR
ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF DIAMOND BAR
LANDSCAPING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 38
A. RECITALS.
(i) By its Resolution No. 92-ZI, this Council approved a report
of the City Engineer related to annexation to the City of Diamond Bar Landscaping
Assessment District No. 38 prepared pursuant to California Streets and Highways
Code 22623, described the improvements thereon and gave notice of and fixed -time
and place of the hearing on the question of the annexation of certain lands into
said assessment district. A diagram of the area encompassed by said annexation
is attached hereto as Exhibit W.
(ii) Said hearing was duly and properly noticed, commenced at the
South Coast Air Quality Management Auditorium, 21865 East Copley Drive, Diamond
Bar, California on June 16, 1992, and was conclu4od prior to the adoption of this
Resolution.
(iii) All legal prerequisites to the adoption of the Resolution have
occurred.
B. RES�ON.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Diamond Bar does
hereby find, determine and order as follows:
1. In all respects as set fourth in the Recitals, Part A, of this
Resolution.

2. The annexation of certain lands pursuant to Part 2 of Division
15 of the street and highway Code of the State of California, known as the
"Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1992" and to order the annexation to that area
designated "City of Diamond Bar Landscaping Assessment District No. 38," as shown
on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference is approved.
3. This Council hereby expressly overrules any and all protests
filed objecting to the annexation specified herein.
4. The City Clerk shall forthwith transfer to the County Auditor
of Los Angeles County a certified copy of this Resolution and a certified copy
of the annexation diagram contained in the report referred to hereinabove.

foregoing Resolution was passed, introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Diamond Bar held on 16th day of June ,
1992, and was finally passed at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Diamond Bar held on the 16th day of June 1992 by the
