RESOLUTION NO. 93-16
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DIAMOND
BAR APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. LLA -93-001 TO
ADJUST THE LOT LINE BETWEEN LOT NO . S 72 & 73 OF TRACT
30578 AT 2846 AND 2834 WAGON TRAIN LANE, DIAMOND BAR.
A. RECITALS.
(i) California Government Code Section 66412 provides
that a lot line adjustment between two or more existing adjacent
parcels need not be processed in accordance with the requirements
of the California Subdivision Map Act.
(ii) This City Council now desires to approve Lot Line
Adjustment No. LLA -93-001.
(iii) Said Lot Line Adjustment No. LLA -93-001 is exempt
from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act and
the regulations promulgated thereunder in accordance with the
provisions of Provision 6 of Title 14 of the California Administra-
tive Code, Section 15305(a).
(iii) All legal prerequisites to the adoption of this
Resolution have occurred.
B. RESOLUTION.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Diamond
Bar does hereby find, determine and resolve as follows:
1. In all respects as set forth in the Recitals, Part —
A, of this Resolution.
2. Lot Line Adjustment No. LLA -93-001 is hereby
approved.
3. Said Lot Line Adjustment No. LLA -93-001 is as set
forth in the Application for Lot Line Adjustment LLA -93-001
including Exhibits "A", "B" and "C" attached hereto.
4. The City Clerk shall:
(a) Certify as to the adoption of this Resolution
and
(b) Cause this Resolution approving Lot Line
Adjustment No. LLA -93-001 to be recorded as required by the Los
Angeles County Assessor's Office.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 6th day of April, 1993.
