A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
DIAMOND BAR, CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING A GRANTING OF
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED FOR PUBLIC
PURPOSES AND THE DEDICATION OF THE RIGHT TO
RESTRICT DIRECT VEHICULAR INGRESS AND EGRESS
THERETO FROM ADJACENT PROPERTY.
PART A - RECITALS
(i) WHEREASy on April 12, 1993 the Planning Commission
of the City Of Diamond Bar approved Conditional Use Permit No.
93-2 by its Resolution No. 93-12 which resolution required, as a
condition of approval, that the applicant for the Conditional Use
Permit:
a. shall dedicate a 15 foot wide portion of its property
adjacent to Golden springs Drive extending from the
southwestern most portion of that access closest to Grand
Avenue northeasterly to Grand Avenue, and
b. shall dedicate up to a 25 foot wide portion of its property
adjacent to Grand Avenue as required by the City Engineer.
(iii) WHEREAS, S 65402 of the Government Code requires,
in part, that no real property shall be acquired until the
location, purpose and extent of the acquisition has been reported
on by the Planning Commission.
(iii) WHEREAS, the above Planning Commission resolution,
adopted pursuant to a duly noticed and conducted public hearing as
cited therein and considered in conformance with the then
contemplated General Plan, shall be the Planning Commission's
report on this matter.
(iv) WHEREAS, Hidden Manna Corporation, A California
non-profit Corporation is the owner of the property herein above
generally described and has offered the City of Diamond Bar a deed
for such portions of property more particularly described in that
Grant Deed attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
(v) WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed, approved
and recommends acceptance of the deed along with the dedication of
the right to restrict direct vehicular ingress and egress thereto
from adjacent property.
(iv) WHEREAS, all legal prerequisites to the acceptance
of this deed and the adoption of this resolution have occurred.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
DIAMOND BAR, CALIFORNIA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS-: —
PART B - RESOLUTION
Section l The City Council of the City of Diamond Bar does
hereby find that all of the facts set forth in Part
A - Recitals, of this Resolution are true and
correct.
Section 2 The City Council of the City of Diamond Bar does
hereby accept the Grant Deed attached hereto as
Exhibit "A", along with the dedication of the right
to restrict direct vehicular ingress and egress
thereto from adjacent property from Hidden Manna
Corporation, A California non-profit Corporation
and consents to recordation of the deed.
Section 3 The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed:
(a) to execute a Certificate of Acceptance as
required by S 27281 of the Government Code;
(b) to forthwith cause the deed along with the
Certificate of Acceptance to be recorded on
behalf of the City in the Office of the County
Recorder and to execute any and all other —
documents as may be necessary or convenient to
effect the recordation; and
(c) to certify to the adoption of this resolution.
