A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DIAMOND BAR
AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF THE RFP FOR A CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE
AS -NEEDED TREE PLANTING SERVICES IN THE CITY OF DIAMOND BAR.
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City Council to maintain certain
improvements in the City of Diamond Bar.
WHEREAS, the services of a qualified contractor are required on an as -needed
basis to complete the work as described in the general and technical specifications of
the tree planting program.
WHEREAS, such improvments will benefit the Diamond Bar commuity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City of Diamond Bar shall
release the Request for Proposals seeking the services of a contractor to provide as -
needed tree planting services in the City of Diamond Bar.
Proposals are to be delivered by 4:30p.m., September 16, 1997, to the City
Clerk's office, City of Diamond Bar, 21660 East Copley Drive, Suite 100, Diamond Bar,
CA 91765.
