A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DIAMOND
BAR MAKING AN ELECTION PURSUANT TO HEALTH AND SAFETY
CODE SECTION 33676
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DIAMOND BAR DOES HEREBY
FIND, RESOLVE, ORDER AND DETERMINE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section
33676, the City Council elects to be allocated to the City of
Diamond Bar, in addition to the portion of taxes allocated to the
City pursuant to subdivision (a) of Health and Safety Code
Section 33670, the tax revenues allocated to the Diamond Bar
Redevelopment Agency pursuant to subdivision (b) of Section 33670
attributable to increases in the rate of tax imposed for the
benefit of the City which levy occurs after the tax year in which
the ordinance adopting the Redevelopment Plan for the Diamond Bar
Economic Revitalization Area becomes effective.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15th day of
July 1997.

as duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Diamond Bar, California, at its regular meeting held
on the 15tlflay of July 1997, by the following vote, to wit:
