B. RESOLUTION.
NOW THEREFORE, THE
BAR DOES HEREBY FIND,
1. Said action is pursuant to
City Code, as heretofore adopted;
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DIAMOND
AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

10.16.490 and 10.08.010 of the Diamond Bar
Z. The City Council hereby rinds that the parking of vehicles, with a height of six
feet or more, within 100' of the Breckenridge Court/Greenwich Court and Breckenridge
Court/Summitridge Drive intersections, creates a visibility limitation resulting in a potential
traffic hazard in that the sight visibility for vehicles exiting/entering Greenwich Court, and
westbound traffic from Breckenridge Cour approaching Greenwich Court is limited;
3. The City Council hereby finds
best protected by the installation of street s
parking within 100' of the Breckenric
Court/Summitridge Drive intersections, and
of Breckenridge Court at Summitridge Dri
4. The City Council of the City
