A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DIAMOND BAR
INSTALLING A STOP SIGN AT THE INTERSECTING LEG OF IRONBARK DRIVE AT
SPRUCE TREE DRIVE.
A. RECITALS
(i) The Traffic and Transportation Commission considered this matter
at public meetings on February 8, 2001 and April 12, 2001.
(ii) At the meeting of April 12, 2001, the Traffic and Transportation
Commission determined that the installation of a stop sign at the intersecting leg of
Ironbark Drive at Spruce Tree Drive is appropriate.
(iii) The Traffic and Transportation Commission recommends the
installation of a stop sign at the intersecting leg of Ironbark Drive at Spruce Tree Drive.
'— B. RESOLUTION
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DIAMOND
BAR DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. Said action is pursuant to Section 10.08.010 of the Diamond Bar City
Code, as heretofore adopted;
2. The City Council hereby finds that the public health, safety, and welfare
will be best protected by the installation of a stop sign at the intersecting leg of Ironbark
Drive at Spruce Tree Drive as herein prescribed;
3. The City Council of the City of Diamond Bar hereby authorize and direct
the City Engineer to cause said stop sign to be installed.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1't day of May, 2001.
