RESOLUTION 2003 11
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DIAMOND
BAR, CALIFORNIA APPROVING THE INSTALLATION OF MULTIWAY
STOP SIGNS ON LEMON AVENUE AND WILLOW BUD DRIVE
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF DIAMOND BAR, CALIFORNIA.
Recitals
(i) The Traffic and Transportation Commission considered this matte at a
public meeting on February 13, 2003.
At the meeting of February 13, 2003, the Traffic and Transportation
Commission determined that the installation of Multiway Stop signs on Lemon Avknue
and Willow Bud Drive will enhance and improve the public health, safety and welfa
(iii) The Traffic and Transportation Commission recommends the installktion
of Multiway Stop signs on Lemon Avenue and Willow Bud Drive.
Resolution
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DIAMOND BAR D;JES
HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: I
1. Said action is pursuant to Sections 10.08.010 and 10.08.080 of the Civ of
Diamond Bar Municipal Code, as heretofore adopted;
2. The City Council hereby finds the public health, safety and welfare will be
best protected by the installation of Multiway Stop signs on Lemon Avenue and W
Bud Drive as herein prescribed;
3. The City Council of the City of Diamond Bar hereby authorize and d
the City Engineer to cause said Multiway Stop signs to be installed.

The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.

of March, 2003.
